I LOVE Stuffed mushrooms. They are great and can be filled with so many different things. These are one of a few variations of these beefy like vegetables that I will post. Put out for guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge as a snack for the next day.

Ingredients For lets go nuts! cheese and pepper stuffed mushrooms

8 ozlight cream cheese, softened

1 mdchopped red pepper,

4diced green onion
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
8 mdwhite mushrooms
-
1/4 cchopped mixed nuts
How To Make lets go nuts! cheese and pepper stuffed mushrooms

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix cheese, red pepper, onions and seasoning.

3Spoon or pipe with bag into mushroom caps. Top with mixed nuts.

4Bake for 20 minutes or until nuts are golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm.
