leftover bakers for crispy stove top fried taters
(3 ratings)
Grandma liked to use up the leftovers! Always believed waste not, want not! This recipe is one that all ages will like. You start with a baked potato, then in a few minutes end up with a dish ..to die for! Potatoes are well done, crispy, and very flavorful. If for breakfast, bacon & eggs go well to serve family. Pssst, any leftover can be use to make a tater soup!. Problem is, never any leftovers! LOL.. Nancy 9/22/13
