1/4 lbsliced fresh mushrooms

1 cfrozen or fresh cut green beans
- FOR THE SAUCE :

2-1/2 ctomato sauce
-
1/4 ctamari sauce ( a special type of soy sauce)

1 tspthyme
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 tspbasil
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

1/8 tspsage

2 Tbspparsley flakes
How To Make layered vegetables (in a crock pot )

1Layer vegetables in a large crock pot in the order given .

2Mix together all the sauce ingredients and pour over top of the layers of vegetables .

3Cover and cook on Low setting for 12 hours or on high for 6 hours.
