Ingredients For kentucky-fried corn

  • 6 slice
    bacon
  • 4
    ears corn,cut from cob
  • 2 sm
    cucumbers,sliced thin
  • 1 sm
    onion,minced or or in rings
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • salt and pepper,sugar to taste

How To Make kentucky-fried corn

  • 1
    Fry bacon crisp set aside,save 3 tbsp. fat in skillet .Mix corn,onion,egg & salt,pepper& sugar add to bacon fat over low heat fry slowly turning.May add pimento slices or green pepper for a nice color. Serve with crumbled bacon on& cukes top
