    baby carrots
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    bread crumbs, toasted

How To Make karotka po polsku (carrots polonaise), mark's

    Scrub carrots and rinse well. Cook in a small amount of boiling, salted water with sugar for about 10 minutes Drain, place in a warm serving dish. Melt butter over low heat Add bread crumbs, fry for a few minutes until golden, stirring. Pour over the carrots.
