My friend Jo Ann shared this recipe with me after having it at her house one time. It is really delicous and so easy to make.

Ingredients For jo ann’s squash casserole

6 csliced squash, boiled & drained

1 cancelery/mushroom soup

1 csour cream
-
1 cshredded carrots
-
1/2 cchopped onions
-
18oz pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing

1/4 cmelted butter
How To Make jo ann’s squash casserole

1Mix soup, sour cream with onions, and carrots. Layer squash in greased pan then layer of sauce and layer of stuffing. Repeat. Pour butter over all and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
