2 boxjiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz)

2 cancream sweet corn

2 canwhole sweet corn, drained

1/4 csalted butter, melted (1/2 stick)

2eggs, beaten

1 cmilk
-
1/3 choney or sugar

1 csour cream

1In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Spray 3.5 qt crockpot with PAM or use liner. Cover and cook on high 3 hours, or low 6 hours. It's often done early, so keep checking on it. Serve and enjoy.

2To make in the oven: Oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 with PAM. Bake 35-45 min until baked or until center is set and not jiggly.

3I made 10.30.20, omitted the honey and baked in oven. Took 55 min
