2 1/2 ccoarsely crushed cornflakes

1/2 cbutter, melted

4 1/2 ccabbage, shredded

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 tspred pepper flakes

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 can10.75 oz condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted

1 cmilk, whole

1/2 cmayonnaise

2 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make jewel's cheddar cabbage casserole

1Toss cornflakes in butter, sprinkle half into a 13x9x2 in baking dish. Layer the cabbage, onion, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

2In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle cheese and remaining cornflakes mixture on top. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven at 350 degrees F 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
