This is a receipe that I just love and could eat it all the time. I normally use frozen peas, but when peas are in season I love to use the fresh ones.

Ingredients For jen's pea & cheese salad

1 ccubed sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cchopped sweet pickles, drained

1/4 tspsalt

1/3 cmayonaise

2 1/2 cfrozen(thawed) or fresh peas

cooked crispy bacon

lettuce leaves
How To Make jen's pea & cheese salad

1Combine all the ingredients. Chill until serving time. Serve mounded on lettuce leaves.
