    cucumbers
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds

How To Make japanese cucumber salad

    Peel cucumbers to leave alternating green strips. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out. Thinly cut the cucumbers into slices. A mandolin works great.

    Place the cucumber on a paper towels and press to get most of the moisture out.

    Combine the vinegar, salt, and sugar. Pour over cucumbers and toss with sesame seeds.
