Ingredients For jamaican jerk cauliflower

1head cauliflower broke into florets.
- BATTER

1/2 cmilk

1/2 crice flour
-
1 Tbspnutritional yeast flakes

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspeach onion powder, & paprika

1 tspsalt
- JERK SAUCE
-
2green onions chopped
-
clovegarlic minced
-
2 tspgrated ginger
-
6whole allspice
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
-
1 tspdry thyme
-
1/4 ceach soy sauce, orange juice, tomato sauce and sugar

2 Tbspmolasses
-
juice of 1 lime

green onions to garnish
How To Make jamaican jerk cauliflower

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set a side.

2Combine the batter ingredients together in a bowl.and whisk to form a loose batter. Dip each floret into the batter and place on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake 30 minutes until golden and crisp turning half way.

3While the cauliflower is baking make the sauce. Put all the ingredients for the sauce together in a food processor.Process until smooth. Transfer to a saucepand and cook until thickened. About 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.

4Toss the cauliflower with the sauce and garnish with green onions.
