I love Jalapenos - but being on low car diet I had to try to make my own without the breading! If you prefer breading, Flaxseed Meal works great!

6-8 mdjalapeno peppers (cleaned/sliced lengthwise/removed seeds)

8 ozcream cheese

1/2 ccheddar cheese

1/2 tspgarlic powder

6-8 sliceslices of bacon (i prefer pre-cooked bacon)

1Preheat Oven 375 Degrees

2Combined all ingredients.

3Fill Jalapenos with the mixture

4Wrap a slice or half slice of bacon around each

5Bake 18-22 minutes or until cheese is bubbling/melted
