Ingredients For italian roasted asparagus

1 lbfresh asparagus, trimmed

1 cgrape tomatoes, halved

3 Tbsppine nuts

3 Tbspolive oil, divided (refined, not virgin)

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 tspgrated lemon zest
How To Make italian roasted asparagus

1Preheat oven to 400°. Line a 15x10x1-in. baking sheet with foil. Place the asparagus, tomatoes and pine nuts baking sheet.

2Mix 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, salt and pepper; add to asparagus and toss to coat.

3Bake 15-20 minutes or just until asparagus is tender. Drizzle with remaining oil and the lemon juice; sprinkle with cheese and lemon zest. Toss to combine.
