Ingredients For italian pasta salad

  • 1 1/2 c
    pasta
  • marinated artichoke hearts or mushrooms
  • fresh broccoli florets
  • shredded carrots
  • celery slices
  • cucumber
  • cherry tomatoes
  • green and red pepper, chopped
  • sliced ripe or green olives, drained
  • pickled banana pepper rings
  • garlic cloves, minced
  • fresh basil or oregano
  • italian salad dressing

How To Make italian pasta salad

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add vegetables.

    If using Good Seasons dressing, prepare accoring to directions but leave out water and use less oil. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Extra Italian seasoning may be needed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
