Ingredients For italian garden saute

1/4 csweet cream butter

1/8 tsppepper

1/2 tsporegano leaves

1/2 tspbasil leaves

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/3 cchopped onion

3/4 cgreen pepper strips (thin)

1 cwhole kernel corn, drained

2 czucchini, sliced

1 cantomatoes, coarsely chopped
How To Make italian garden saute

1In a 10 inch skillet, melt butter.

2Add zucchini, corn, pepper, onion and seasonings.

3Saute over medium heat, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and extra liquid has evaporated (8 to 10 minutes).

4Gently stir in tomatoes; continue cooking just until hot, yet firm (2 to 3 minutes).
