4 cfresh broccoli florets

1/2 cwater

1/2 tspdried oregano

1/4 tspgarlic powder

pepper, to taste

2 mdtomatoes, cut into thin wedges

1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make italian broccoli with tomatoes

1Steam broccoli florets just until tender.

2When done, in a casserole dish, stir together the seasonings and tomatoes. Add broccoli to the seasonings and the tomatoes.

3Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

4Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella over top. Cover and bake 10 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
