How To Make instant pot brussels sprouts with bacon and apple

1Combine the brussels sprouts, apples, cranberries, and 4 slices of bacon in a bowl. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, syrup, oil and salt and pepper.

2Pour over the brussels sprouts. Transfer to a instant pot. Lock lid and adjust pressure to high and set time for 3 minutes.

3When done quick release. Serve sprinkled with remaining bacon and pecans.
