I WANTED TO MAKE A SPINACH PIE N FOUND BISQUICKS RECIPE FOR IT WITH FETA ..... I DONT DO FETA SOOO I MADE MINE WITH RICOTTA N MONTEREY JACK N I USED EVAPORATED MILK IN THE CRUST....A NICE CHANGE FROM AN ALREADY GOOD RECIPE :)

  • 1 box
    10 0z. frozen chopped spinach, defrosed n squeezed
  • 1 c
    ricotta
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    montereyjack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make impossible spinach pie...my way

    PREHEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES GREASE PIE PLATE

    SAUTE ONIONS IN A LIL OLIVE OIL(1 TBLSPN) UNTIL TRANSPARENT. MIX SPINACH, MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, RICOTTA N SAUTEED ONIONS PUT IN PIE PLATE.

    IN A SMALL BOWL MIX TOGETHER BISQUICK, EGGS, PARMESEAN CHEESE, EVAPORATED MILK N S&P THEN POUR INTO PIE PLATE ONTOP OF SPINACH MIXTURE.

    BAKE 30-35 MINUTES N GOLDEN BROWN,COOL FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ENJOY :)
