This is a great salad and very easy to make. It incorporates all my favorite things, peas, carrots, celery cheese, zucchini, sour cream, and dill weed mixed with the pasta.

Ingredients For hubcap pasta salad
- SALAD:

16 ozpkg. wagon wheel pasta, cooked for 7 minutes, drained

1/2 lbsharp cheddar cheese, diced

1 cthawed petite peas

1 ccarrots, thinly sliced crosswise

1 cbaby zucchini, thinly sliced crosswise
-
1 ccelery, thinly sliced
-
1 mdred bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
- DRESSING:
-
2 cmayonnaise
-
1 cdairy sour cream
-
1 Tbspyellow salad mustard
-
1 1/2 tspdill weed
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make hubcap pasta salad

1Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Fold dressing into salad, Store in refrigerator. --- Dressing is excellent for potato salad too!
