3/4 clight mayonnaise or light salad dressing

How To Make house salad

1Cut one egg into wedges for garnish and dice remaining eggs. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomato, onion and diced eggs.

2In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with egg wedges. Serve immediately.
