This is such a yummy dish. What a great twist on corn, especially for my family who LOVES to kick it up!

Ingredients For hot corn

  • 3-4 can
    niblet corn (not the small cans), drained
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    chopped jalapenos

How To Make hot corn

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook till cheese and butter are melted. You may alter the jalapenos to your taste. I normally let it sit in the pot for about 30-45 minutes.
