Ingredients For honeyed beets

  • 8 sm
    beets, cooked
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    honey

How To Make honeyed beets

  • 1
    Dice beets and place in pan. Add other ingredients. Cook over moderate flame until glaze forms on beets. Delicious!
