2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

How To Make honey balsamic roasted brussels sprouts

1Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2Prepare brussels sprouts. Wash, trim off the outer leaves, cut off bottoms, slice in half lengthwise.

3In bowl, combine first three ingredients, add brussels sprouts, and toss until thoroughly coated.

4Transfer the brussels sprouts to prepared baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

5Remove from oven and place brussels sprouts back in original bowl. Add the honey glaze mixture and toss to coat. Taste and season with additional kosher salt if necessary. Serve.
