Ingredients For honey balsamic roasted brussels sprouts

  • 1-1/2 lb
    brussels sprouts
  • COMBINE:
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • COMBINE HONEY GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    honey

How To Make honey balsamic roasted brussels sprouts

    Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    Prepare brussels sprouts. Wash, trim off the outer leaves, cut off bottoms, slice in half lengthwise.

    In bowl, combine first three ingredients, add brussels sprouts, and toss until thoroughly coated.

    Transfer the brussels sprouts to prepared baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

    Remove from oven and place brussels sprouts back in original bowl. Add the honey glaze mixture and toss to coat. Taste and season with additional kosher salt if necessary. Serve.
