This recipe comes from a little off the beaten track Restaurant on the outside of Gettysburg. They serve family style meals. They also share some of their recipes and this is one of Eric's favorite recipes, I wouldn't know how good they are because CARROTS are not one of my favorite foods so I'll have to take his word for it lol. ENJOY!!

Ingredients For hickory bridge farm's glazed carrots

16 ozcarrots, slices ( you can use frozen)

water

1 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make hickory bridge farm's glazed carrots

1Place carrots into med sauce pan and add just enough water to cover carrots cook until carrots are tender. Drain water

2Add salt, butter and brown sugar stir gently with the heat on low and until brown sugar has dissolved and sauce is starting to get glossy.

3*NOTE* You can use more or less of the butter and brown sugar to your taste. ENJOY!!

4**NOTE** I use a little bit of cinnamon :)
