I am always BEGGED by my boyfriend to make this. He LOVES going out to the Hibachi grill, but hates the effect it seems to have on his wallet. ;)

Ingredients For hibachi style fried rice

2 ccooked white rice, cooled

1 Tbspolive oil

1/2 conion, chopped

1/4 cfrozen veggies

1egg
-
2 Tbspmargarine

2 Tbspsoy sauce
How To Make hibachi style fried rice

1In a very large skillet, saute veggies and onion in olive oil.

2Move veggies to side of skillet and lightly scramble the egg.

3Add rice and margarine and saute for 5 minutes.

4Add soy sauce and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
