Ingredients For herbed red potatoes

  • 6 md
    red potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make herbed red potatoes

    Wash and dry potatoes.
  • 2
    Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3
    Add oil and seasonings to a skillet.
  • 4
    Heat over medium , stirring occasionally.
  • 5
    When oil is hot, add the potatoes.
  • 6
    Cook, stirring often until potatoes are tender. For 1 in. pieces, about 15 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
