Ingredients For heavenly mushrooms

  • 1 lb
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make heavenly mushrooms

  • 1
    Saute mushrooms in melted butter for two to three minutes. Mix in separate bowl the sour cream, flour and pepper until there are no lumps.Place mixture in pan with mushrooms. Coat thoroughly. Do not boil. Place in a buttered casserole. Place cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown on top.
