Ingredients For healthy rainbow slaw

  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    fat free plain greek yogurt
  • 1 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2
    of a 12 oz pkg of rainbow coleslaw which includes broccoli, carrots and red cabbage
  • 1 lg
    granny smith apple, sliced into matchbook sticks

How To Make healthy rainbow slaw

    In lg bowl, whisk togethr mustard, oil, yogurt and hot sauce. Add rainbow slaw and apple. Toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
