When it's prepared well there's nothing that beats cauliflower. The wonderful seasoning in this recipe packs a ton of flavor and causes you to forget that you're eating healthy. Love it!

Ingredients For healthy ginger-cumin cauliflower

  • 1/4 c
    fat free low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ground turmeric
  • 5 c
    chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • cilantro, for garnish

How To Make healthy ginger-cumin cauliflower

  • 1
    Heat broth in large skillet. Add garlic, ginger, cumin and turmeric; saute for 1 min.

    Add cauliflower and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until cauliflower is just ternder-crisp, about 7 min. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with cilantro. calories per serving 40/ fat 0/ carb 7g/ sodium 60mg
