A few year ago I put this together myself. I have continued to cook it since. I like the crunch in it. Right now I have several winter Cabbage growing in my garden. I don't tire of this recipe.

Ingredients For healthy fresh cabbage stir fry

1cabbage head, chopped roughly

2 lgonion, cut in slices and separated

1/2 mdred bell pepper, cut in strips

1 tspred pepper flakes

1/2 colive oil, light

salt and pepper to taste

2celery stalks, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (optional)
How To Make healthy fresh cabbage stir fry

1Pour scant 1/2 cup of Olive Oil into large stick free frying pan on med / med -high stove top burner. Make sure oil is real warm.

2Pile cut vegetables into pan and stir to coat with warm oil.

3Sprinkle vegetables with pepper flakes, salt and pepper (to taste). Flip occasionally to retain crispness. When desired tenderness is reached, remove from pan. When the cabbage mixture does a good wilt down, I remove from pan.
