Ingredients For hawaiian sugar snap peas

1/2 csugar snap peas

2 Tbspminced garlic
-
1lg. tomato, cut into chunks

2stalks celery, chopped
-
3 slicepineapple, cut up (save juice)

1 clawry's 30-minute hawaiian marinade

1/2onion, finely chopped
-
1 1/2 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspolive oil
-
1 tspbasil
-
1 tsptarragon
-
1 cpineapple juice (use juice from can)
How To Make hawaiian sugar snap peas

1Melt butter and olive oil in medium saucepan.

2Add onions and garlic. Sauté.

3Add celery and sauté until garlic and onions are browned.

4Add tomato, basil and tarragon.

5Simmer until tomatoes are tender.

6Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, marinade and sugar snaps.

7Simmer for about 10 mins.
