Ingredients For harvest rice

2 Tbspbutter

1/4 conion, minced

2ribs celery, including tops-diced

1/2 lbmushrooms, sliced

1/4 tspsage

1/4 tspmarjoram

1/4 tspthyme

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

1/4 cgreen onion tops, minced

3 ccooked long-grain rice
-
1/4 cchopped pecans
-
1/4 cparsley, chopped

1/4 cparmesan cheese
How To Make harvest rice

1Heat butter in a large skillet. Saute onion and celery until soft.

2Add mushrooms, sage, marjoram, thyme and vinegar. Simmer over low heat 10 minutes.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Combine vegetable mixture with green onions and rice. Stir in nuts. Spread in an ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
