(1) 12oz pkgfrozen squash, thawed (your choice)

3 call-purpose flour

2 csugar or splenda

2 tspbaking powder

2baking soda

2 tspground cinnamon

3eggs

1 cvegetable oil ( i used olive oil )
How To Make harvest cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake about 55 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Make this a little extra special with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
