This recipe was one my grandmother made many years ago and I have modified it for today's eating.

Ingredients For harvard beets

1 can15 ounce diced beets

1/2 csugar
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 cbeet juice from can

1/4 capple cider vinegar
How To Make harvard beets

1Mix sugar and cornstarch; add butter, vinegar and beet juice, boil 5 minutes in a saucepan.

2Add drained beets, remove from heat; cover and let set for 30 minutes or longer.

3Reheat and serve.
