Ingredients For grilled vegetable mixture for bbq

    yellow summer squash, sliced 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 md
    zucchini, sliced 3/4 inch thick
  • 8 oz
    button mushrooms, whole
  • 1 lg
    sweet onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 lb
    baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil, minced

How To Make grilled vegetable mixture for bbq

    Place vegetables in a grill basket and sprinkle with the vegetable oil mixture.
