grilled corn on the cob, my way
No Image
I made corn on the cob around the campfire in Girl Scout Camp, and the girls loved it. Leaving the corn in the husk, and peeling the husk back made this easy to take on a hike, or eat without needing to have the handles. The girls thought it was amazing. This is how we do it at home now. Time depends on how hot your grill is, the corn steams in the wet husk. So sweet it doesn't even need butter, but that's your call! LOL

How To Make grilled corn on the cob, my way
-
1Leave corn in the husk, just tear off loose silk from the top. Put the corn in husks in the sink and fill with cold water. Let soak at least 4 hours. Could let it sit in the water all day if you want.
-
2Put the corn on the grill, and turn it so that the husks get somewhat charred. Bring the corn in, peel back the husks to eat the corn, or take out of the husks, it's up to you!
