Ingredients For grilled cabbage

  • 1
    cabbage head
  • 4 slice
    bacon, uncooked
  • 8 tsp
    butter, cold
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper

How To Make grilled cabbage

    Core your cabbage, cut into quarters. Wrap a slice of bacon around it, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper along with about 2 teaspoons of butter. Wrap each quarter with heavy duty aluminum foil a ouple of times, making sure you seal it as much as possible.

    Pop on the hot grill and turn often. You will need to cook the cabbage until it is very squishy. Don't let the fact that the outer leaves will burn, that's normal. Leave in the foil untill everything else is ready, then take a knife and slice it open. Pop it on your plate and enjoy!
