Ingredients For grilled balsalmic goat cheese bell peppers

  • 3
    bell peppers of your choice, i use red, yellow and orange
  • 1 pkg
    goat cheese crumbles, or you can use feta or gorgonzola (i have used each one of them before and they are all delicious!)
  • balsalmic vinaigrette dressing
  • italian seasoning blend

How To Make grilled balsalmic goat cheese bell peppers

  • 1
    Cut the peppers into quarters, deseed them and place on aluminum foil
  • 2
    drizzle with balsalmic vinaigrette
  • 3
    top with cheese goat cheese crumbles
  • 4
    sprinkle italian seasoning blend over cheese
  • 5
    drizzle a little more balsalmic vinaigrette then place the foil with the peppers on a heated grill
  • 6
    grill until the peppers are soft over low to medium heat being careful not to burn the skins
