Ingredients For grilled balsalmic goat cheese bell peppers

3bell peppers of your choice, i use red, yellow and orange

1 pkggoat cheese crumbles, or you can use feta or gorgonzola (i have used each one of them before and they are all delicious!)

balsalmic vinaigrette dressing

italian seasoning blend
How To Make grilled balsalmic goat cheese bell peppers

1Cut the peppers into quarters, deseed them and place on aluminum foil

2drizzle with balsalmic vinaigrette

3top with cheese goat cheese crumbles

4sprinkle italian seasoning blend over cheese

5drizzle a little more balsalmic vinaigrette then place the foil with the peppers on a heated grill

6grill until the peppers are soft over low to medium heat being careful not to burn the skins
