4ears of fresh corn (do not husk!)

unsalted butter (optional)

salt & pepper to taste (optional)
How To Make grill-steamed corn on the cob

1Leave the corn in the husk, directly and place on top of grill rack over hot coals. Cook, 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cernals are cooked through. (check and rewrap the corn as needed.

2Let the corn cool slightly, peel back and remove the husk. Salt corn and roll in butter if desired.
