Ingredients For green pea hummus (sallye)

1 pkgfrozen green peas (14-16 ounces)

1/4 colive oil

1 clovegarlic, peeled

2 Tbsplemon juice

3 ozfeta cheese
-
1/3 bunchfresh cilantro

1/2 Tbspsea salt

1/2 Tbspfresh ground black pepper
How To Make green pea hummus (sallye)

1Thaw peas before using Peel garlic clove Reserve 1/4 cup feta cheese for garnish Remove stems from cilantro

2Place all ingredients in food processor except reserved feta Process until mixture is smooth textured.

3Turn out into serving dish Crumble reserved feta cheese over top for garnish A sprig of cilantro can also be used as garnish

4Serve with homemade pita chips (recipe link below) Any leftover can be stored in fridge for several days.
