This is one of my grandma's recipes. I served it with grilled chicken the other day and it was a big hit at our house! Hope you enjoy, compliments of Granny!

Ingredients For green beans & rice

1 lbfresh or frozen green beans

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 cfinely chopped onion

2 chot cooked rice
-
1 csour cream
-
1 tspdill weed
-
1 dashsalt
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbsplemon juice concentrate

6 slicecrisp cooked bacon, crumbled
How To Make green beans & rice

1Steam or boil green beans until crisp tender.

2Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and sauté until onion is wilted. Drain and combine with hot cooked rice.

3Add cooked beans, salt and pepper to rice mixture. Keep warm.

4In a small bowl blend sour cream, dill, salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over beans and rice, sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
