12 ozpkg. thawed cut green beans

1 smonion, minced

1 Tbspparsley flakes

1 Tbspall purpose flour

1/4 cpear liquid

1 Tbspbutter

4 mdcanned pear halves, diced

1/4 cdairy sour cream

1/2 tspgranulated sugar

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspvinegar

1/4 cbacon, cooked crisp and diced
How To Make green beans in sour cream sauce

1Sauté onion and parsley in butter. Stir in flour and pear liquid(liquid the pears were in ). Cook until thick. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients (except beans)and add to the onion mixture. Pour this mixture over the hot drained beans and sprinkle bacon pieces over and serve.
