Ingredients For green beans in sour cream sauce

  • 12 oz
    pkg. thawed cut green beans
  • 1 sm
    onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    pear liquid
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 md
    canned pear halves, diced
  • 1/4 c
    dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    bacon, cooked crisp and diced

How To Make green beans in sour cream sauce

  • 1
    Sauté onion and parsley in butter. Stir in flour and pear liquid(liquid the pears were in ). Cook until thick. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients (except beans)and add to the onion mixture. Pour this mixture over the hot drained beans and sprinkle bacon pieces over and serve.
