This recipe was made by my sister-in-law for the Holidays several years ago. It is so yummy someone in the family always brings it to the table for family gatherings. I think the more cheese the better! Hope you and yours enjoy this as much as we do!

Ingredients For green bean casserole

1/4 cbutter

1/4 ccornflakes

2 Tbspflour

1 tspsalt

1 dashpepper

1/4 Tbsponion-i use more

1 Tbspsugar

1 csour cream

4 cfrench style green beans

2 cswiss cheese shredded
How To Make green bean casserole

1Melt 2 teaspoons butter and add cornflakes, set aside. Melt remainder butter and add flour, sugar, salt, onion and pepper. Heat on low till smooth, add sour cream,then fold in green beans. Put into 9x13 baking dish, spread with cheese and top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.

2This can be made the night before, put in refrigerator and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
