How To Make greek green beans by susan

1Place green beans, water, olive oil, and garlic in a heavy-bottomed pan. Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer and cook covered 20 minutes.

2Uncover and add the tomatoes and seasonings. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Continue to cook another 5-10 minutes until tomatoes are cooked and beans are done.
