My dad's mom made this all the time as a kid I just ate what was in front of me but as a adult this is the best thing for me to eat due to hyperglycemia and have to keep to a low carb diet this is cheap to make also

Ingredients For grandma's red bean salad

1 canred beans drained and washes

1stalk of celery sliced

2hard cooked eggs pealed and chopped

1this can be multiplied as much as you want this is more by eye then exact measurements.

2Mix all ingredients in a bowl I leave the eggs chunky I make this either in large batches or one serving for a meal mix everything together cover and keep in the fridge it has a long shelf life but it never last that long
