Ingredients For grandma quinn's corn pudding

  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1
    med can creamed corn
  • 1 c
    frozen corn
  • 1
    13 oz can evaporated milk
  • butter

How To Make grandma quinn's corn pudding

    preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    lightly grease 1 1/2 qt. baking dish
  • 3
    Combine sugar and cornstach in medium bowl
  • 4
    Add eggs, canned and frozen corn, milk and mix well
  • 5
    turn into baking dish and dot generously with butter (OPTIONAL: might want to dust top lightly with paprika)

    Bake until center is almost firm, about 1 hour
