3 pkgbrussels sprouts, trinmmed halved lengthwise

1 mdred onion, chopped

2 slicebacon, chopped
How To Make glazed roasted brussels sprouts with bacon

1Preheat oven to 425*. In large bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, onion & bacon; toss until evenly coated.

2Spread vegetable mixture on ungreased baking sheet. Roast until Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
