This is a good side dish that I make. It's a little sweeter but very tasty.

Ingredients For glazed carrots

  • 1
    bag of baby carrots (large)
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar (or desired amount to taste)
  • stick
    butter

How To Make glazed carrots

  • 1
    cook (boil) carrots in water until done. Drain completely and dab with paper towel to remove all water.
  • 2
    Melt butter in skillet. Add brown sugar to taste. Stir and combine in skillet.

    Add carrots to skillet mixture. Stir. Cook on low heat until carrots are covered.
