Love me some carrots, and these are so good, a little sweet, they go great with Aurora's Dijon Bacon Wrapped Chicken( that's what's in the photo)

Ingredients For kat's glazed carrots

carrot, sliced
1/2 c

chicken broth or stock
1 Tbsp

brown sugar
1 Tbsp

honey
2 Tbsp

butter
1/4 tsp

cumin
1 tsp

lemon juice concentrate or fresh
1/2 tsp

salt or to taste
1/2 tsp

black pepper or to taste

How To Make kat's glazed carrots

Place everything into a pan, cover about 2 inches over carrots with water, over low to medium heat cook until carrots are almost tender, turn heat up and cook until almost all liquid is gone and carrots are tender
