Ingredients For ginger-lime red cabbage salad

    bag shredded red cabbage
  • zest of 2 limes
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1
    tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    minced fresh ginger
  • 1 c
    chopped almonds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: shredded apple

How To Make ginger-lime red cabbage salad

    Whisk all the ingredients except apple, cabbage, and almonds.

    Add the cabbage, apple, and almonds and mix until coated.

    You can eat this right away or you can let it set overnight. Add salt and pepper to taste.
