zest of 2 limes

juice of 1 lime

1tablespoon rice vinegar

1 1/2 tspminced fresh ginger

1 cchopped almonds

salt and pepper to taste

optional: shredded apple
How To Make ginger-lime red cabbage salad

1Whisk all the ingredients except apple, cabbage, and almonds.

2Add the cabbage, apple, and almonds and mix until coated.
